Your privacy matters. Tappy is designed with privacy in mind. Here is exactly what that means:

Data Collection

• Tappy does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data.
• All counter data is stored locally on your device using on-device storage.

Analytics

• Tappy uses PostHog, a privacy-friendly analytics platform, to collect anonymous usage data.
• This includes: whether you are an active user, how often the paywall is shown, session duration, and onboarding completion rates.
• No personally identifiable information (name, email, location, IP address) is collected or stored.
• Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous — it cannot be used to identify you.
• This data helps us understand how the app is used and improve the experience.

Accounts & Data Sharing

• No accounts or sign-ins are required to use Tappy.
• Anonymous analytics data is processed by PostHog. No other third parties receive your data.

Data Deletion

• If you delete the app, all local data is permanently removed from your device.
• Anonymous analytics data that was previously collected cannot be linked back to you.

Acceptance of Terms

• By downloading or using Tappy, you agree to these terms.
• The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Subscription

Tappy offers an optional subscription plan:

• Tappy Supporter — €4.99/year, managed through Apple’s App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription auto-renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Modifications

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with French law.
